Tom Tuttle

My name is Tom and I am a new tattooer who transitioned from social work to tattooing after a push from a friend. I have been collecting tattoos for a long time and love traditional tattoos. I have lived on the Eastside basically since moving to Indy and can’t see myself living anywhere else. My personal Instagram is an account of the true Eastside experience. You can catch me on walks around the Eastside or at Wing &Wheel Tattoo.

About me:

My influences are based in traditional tattooing. Dan Higgs, Sailor Jerry, and Picture Machine are currently my biggest influences.

My Influences:

I have loved tattooing for a long time. I have been collecting tattoos for over 20 years and am almost out of space. The art and craft that goes into tattooing has always been an interest hence the over two decades of collecting. It took a while and some pushing for me to get to a point where I thought I could learn to tattoo and I don’t want to do anything else. There are a lot of things that go into tattooing that you wouldn’t normally associate with tattoos and that is what makes it so difficult and magical.

Why I love Tattooing:
